1. Veri Sorumlusu

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla SKYCON BİLGİ İŞLEM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Skycon” veya “Şirket”) tarafından aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenmektedir.

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

skyconis.com internet sitesi üzerinden ve iş ilişkilerimiz kapsamında aşağıdaki kişisel veriler işlenebilmektedir:

  • Kimlik ve iletişim verileri: ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, çalıştığınız kurum ve göreviniz (bizimle e-posta veya telefon yoluyla iletişime geçmeniz hâlinde).
  • İşlem güvenliği verileri: IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, ziyaret edilen sayfalar, ziyaret tarih ve saati.
  • Pazarlama ve analiz verileri: yalnızca açık rızanıza bağlı olarak çalışan analitik çerezler aracılığıyla elde edilen istatistiksel kullanım verileri.

İnternet sitemizde üyelik veya form yoluyla veri toplayan bir yapı bulunmamaktadır; sitede paylaştığımız iletişim kanalları üzerinden bize ulaşmayı tercih etmeniz hâlinde ilettiğiniz veriler işlenir.

3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları

  • Tarafınızca iletilen talep, soru ve tekliflerin değerlendirilmesi ve yanıtlanması,
  • Mal ve hizmet satış ile satış sonrası süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
  • Sözleşme süreçlerinin ve iş ortaklığı ilişkilerinin yürütülmesi,
  • İnternet sitesinin güvenliğinin ve sürekliliğinin sağlanması,
  • Açık rızanız bulunması hâlinde, site kullanımının analiz edilerek içerik ve kullanıcı deneyiminin geliştirilmesi,
  • İlgili mevzuattan doğan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve yetkili kurumlara bilgi verilmesi.

4. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesinin Hukuki Sebepleri

Kişisel verileriniz KVKK’nın 5. maddesinde düzenlenen aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplere dayanılarak işlenmektedir:

  • Md. 5/2-c: Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması,
  • Md. 5/2-ç: Şirketimizin hukuki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması,
  • Md. 5/2-e: Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması,
  • Md. 5/2-f: İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla Şirketimizin meşru menfaatleri için zorunlu olması,
  • Md. 5/1: Analitik çerezler bakımından açık rızanız.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda sayılan amaçların gerçekleştirilmesi ile sınırlı olarak; hizmet aldığımız barındırma ve altyapı sağlayıcılarına, açık rızanız bulunması hâlinde analitik hizmet sağlayıcısına (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), hukuki yükümlülüklerimiz kapsamında yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına aktarılabilir.

Analitik çerezlerin kullanımına onay vermeniz hâlinde, verileriniz Google tarafından yurt dışında bulunan sunucularda işlenebilir. Bu aktarım KVKK’nın 9. maddesi kapsamında açık rızanıza dayanılarak gerçekleştirilir. Onay vermemeniz hâlinde analitik çerezler çalıştırılmaz ve bu aktarım gerçekleşmez.

6. Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi

Kişisel verileriniz; internet sitemizi ziyaretiniz sırasında otomatik yollarla (çerezler ve sunucu kayıtları), e-posta ve telefon yoluyla bizimle iletişime geçmeniz hâlinde ise kısmen otomatik ya da otomatik olmayan yollarla toplanmaktadır.

7. Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı ve saklama süreleri kadar muhafaza edilir. Bu sürelerin sona ermesi hâlinde verileriniz silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

8. İlgili Kişi Olarak Haklarınız

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
  • İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
  • İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
  • Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
  • Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde düzeltilmesini isteme,
  • KVKK’nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
  • Düzeltme, silme ve yok edilme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
  • Münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
  • Kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

9. Başvuru Yöntemi

Yukarıdaki haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’e uygun olarak; yukarıda belirtilen adrese yazılı olarak veya info@skyconis.com adresine e-posta göndererek iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz, talebin niteliğine göre en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.

2. Personal Data We Process

The following categories of personal data may be processed through the skyconis.com website and in the course of our business relationships:

  • Identity and contact data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, your organisation and role (where you contact us by e-mail or phone).
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, date and time of visit.
  • Analytics data: statistical usage data obtained through analytics cookies, which run only with your explicit consent.

Our website does not collect data through registration or web forms; data is processed only if you choose to reach us through the contact channels published on the site.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Evaluating and responding to your requests, questions and proposals,
  • Conducting sales and after-sales processes for goods and services,
  • Managing contractual processes and business partnerships,
  • Ensuring the security and continuity of the website,
  • Where you have given consent, analysing site usage to improve content and user experience,
  • Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation and reporting to competent authorities.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • Art. 5/2-c: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
  • Art. 5/2-ç: processing is necessary for the Company to fulfil its legal obligations,
  • Art. 5/2-e: processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
  • Art. 5/2-f: processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,
  • Art. 5/1: your explicit consent, in respect of analytics cookies.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and infrastructure providers, to our analytics service provider where you have consented (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), and to competent public authorities within the scope of our legal obligations.

If you consent to analytics cookies, your data may be processed by Google on servers located abroad. Such transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK. If you do not consent, analytics cookies are not executed and this transfer does not take place.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected by automated means during your visit to our website (cookies and server logs), and by partly automated or non-automated means where you contact us by e-mail or telephone.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for the statutory limitation and retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation. Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
  • Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

9. How to Submit a Request

You may submit your requests in writing to the address above, or by e-mail to info@skyconis.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
